INTEGRATE is a direct primary care facility that incorporates alternative treatment modalities at an accessible and affordable rate.​

 Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model that improves access to high quality healthcare with a simple, flat, and affordable monthly membership fee. Single visit pricing is also available but does not have some of the added other benefits of having a membership. See FAQs for more details.

At this time we are not contracted with any insurance company. Starting January 1. 2026 we will be accepting BCBS of SC patients as Out of Network providers. Please see this page for details on how this applies to you and your care.
