Are walk-ins welcome?

YES! Walk-Ins are welcome. However, we prefer appointments and there is an additional $10 fee for walk-in medical appointments. Some IV Therapy treatments need advanced notice due to limited in house supply. 

Do you accept insurance?

NO. We do not take ANY form of insurance. However, if you have insurance, all things ordered by the provider that are performed OUTSIDE the facility (i.e. bloodwork, imaging, prescriptions) will be covered per your typical coverage. 

Do you have to be a member to be seen?

NO. We accept all patients regardless of membership status. We understand the membership is not for everyone and we value your business regardless.

How do patients pay for their membership?

Memberships are drawn on a quarterly basis. Cost of a single membership is $99 per month and cost of a couple's membership is $185 per month. On the first of January, April, July, and October you will be billed for three months at the above listed price. ($297 Quarterly for a Single, $555 Quarterly for Couples) You can also sign up your children or dependents for an additional cost of $50 per month per dependent if you are a member. There is a registration fee of $50 per single, $75 per couple, and $25 per dependent. 

What age groups do you accept?

We accept school aged children and adults.
